Disguised as Xerox channel friendly and providing additional services, Bryan Ahrens and Eric Grismer are overcharging customers of ours and stealing document business and giving it to Ricoh. This is a complete conflict of TRUST and obviously to line their pockets with money.

I am the Owner of Tampa Bay Office Solutions and the only Authorized Xerox Agent in Tampa, Florida and did not submit this report. I actually do work with Decisus, Inc. and utilize their VoIP services and Managed Messaging services in my office to run my day to day business and have been extremely pleased with Decisus as a partner and supplier of technology services.
