I mailed about 30 dvd's to Declutter.com to purchase with a shipping label they provided and a listing of the items included. Within a few days I received an email from them listing about half the dvd's that were supposedly missing. I replied to their email and have gotten no response. I have tried contacting them and still no answer and no payment from them. They certainly decluttered me of my money!
