Kelley purchased fabric from us and got it shipped overnight. Since she didnt want to pay COD fees, she pleaded to have it shipped on "Due on Receipt" terms. Order was shipped 6-30-15. Kelley keeps saying she will pay via email but We have not received payment to date. She doesnt answer her phone. Copy of invoice and all correspondence available upon request.
