Ordered wallpaper from www.usawallpaper.com on August 11, 2009.  I read all the customer reviews on their webpage and thought they were a dependable company.  The total charge was 59.57.  I received a letter stating that the border was on a short backorder with their supplier but would ship soon.   I called them and cancelled the order because I needed the border before they said I would have it.  I then get a confirmation for my order and they deducted my credit card for the amount. 

It has now been August and September and still no credit issued.  I have written letters and each time a different person answers the emails.  I emailed them and told them they should not have deducted the amount untill the order was shipped and they wrote back that when an order is shipped directly from the vendor they charge at the point of sale.  They are thieves.  I knew I had been taken when I started getting busy signals.  I disputed the charges with my credit card company and called the Better Business Bureau of Sandusky, OH and found out they have had over 1000 complaints, but continue to do business and cheat people.  I wish I had found this site earlier.
