October 5, I ordered a DVD box collection from this online store (which I believed to be a Yahoo sponsored site). On 10/15, I was told "Order Update #30060...Hello Lisa, You can expect your package in 3-5 days as of today." On 10/29 "You will be refunded immediately. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to
take effect."
On 10/31 "You will be refunded immediately. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to take effect.
And finally, on 11/14 "...As for your order you will be refunded immediately, the refund will appear on your next credit card statement. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. Please do not hesitate to email us back if there is anything else that we can assist you with."
They do not respond to e-mail in a timely manner, nor do they live up to what they claim.
I'm not sure what type of operation they are running, but the company that took the money is CHECKCARD 1007 AMICORP SINGAPORE 74556227281017000410411
I sent AMICORP Singapore an e-mail, but they have not responded either.
