Deer Creek Products (also Dba Golden Age Products) non-delivery of order, does not answer customer service phone Pompano Beach Florida

In my experience, Deer Creek Products does not deliver items paid for.

To add insult to injury, calls to their customer service phone go unanswered. I tried calling them and each time, a recording asks the customer to stand by -- but after many minutes, no one ever picks up the phone on their end.

Checking with the Chamber of Commerce covering Pompano Beach reveals that Deer Creek has an UNSATISFACTORY rating; something pretty hard to get from business friendly BBBs.

I will write my MasterCard provider (USAA); in the past, they've been very good about erasing bogus charges such as this one.
