Trusted that the used trailer I purchased was ready to hit the road. I'm not a trailer pro but got halfway through my trip and the one tire blow out. Got it fixed the next day and the guy told me they were dry rotted. Got back on the road and another one blow out, in total spending $300 Called Katie and she didn't want to refund any funds for selling me a unsafe trailer with bad tires. I wouldn't been better off buying from someone from craigslist, but thought I was doing right by buying from a dealership. This is not a honest place and I won't be buying my next 10 trailers from them lost my business for life, and hope they go out of business. That trailer could of killed someone.
