I was looking at my online banking account and noticed a transaction made on Jan. 15 2016 for the amount of $40. I proceeced to look at my account and the name on the unauthorized check was made payable to Defend My Device. I have never been on this website and I sure didn't authorize this debt.

Can you please help me take care of this situation?
