Bought watch from seller on April 2nd 2005. Paid with Money Order. After several weeks received a watch entirely different from what I bought with pieces missing. Notified seller. After severals days seller contacted me to tell me he had sent the wrong watch to me and my watch to someone else and suggested I contact them directly and work out "his" problem. Unbelieveable but I did that. After several days I was contacted by the alleged "other" buyer saying they would correct but they refused to give me an address to send the piece of crap watch I got back. Contacted several times without sucess. Sent note asking seller to pay for shipping and got note back saying he would. Then no more contact at all from seller. Finally after a long while got a note back from "other" buyer saying they were on Holiday for two weeks and could not respond and they still would not give me an address to ship them their watch nor did they want mine to ship my "correct" watch to me.

I then contacted seller and told I felt this was his responsibility to deal with and I would like my money back. It has been almost 2 months. Since then the seller has refused to respond despite at least 8 additional attempts. Clear to me this seller got my money, doesn't take responsibility for his own mistake OR this was just a rip off to begin with and he never intended to send me the correct watch? I don't know? REGARDLESS, it is the sellers responsibility to resolve this and he has not and will not and that rips me off. I can only conclude this is a RIPOFF and a SCAM.
