I had gotten a loan that was sold to Cass Call and then to Delbert services. I have paid on this loan for over 2 years. The interest rate is outrageous and needed help at the time. Now I have been set back with a medical issue and need to lower my payments, but no one will respond to me.

I'm frustrated with them and just want to stop all payments but don't want them to come after me. How can they run a company and never respond to their customers.

I'm tired of paying for a loan that I have already repaid except for the high interest and principle.
