My friend had a Dell printer whch was not working properly and was subsequently was replaced by Dell for a new one ( Dell V313wn) which worked for a short period of time until it also had problems, this time it appears to be mechanical ( the paper jams every time so it is impossible to print anything). This has been occurring for better than one half a year. When I finally visited her and tried to discuss the problem with Dell, I was told that they could not offer a solution but could offer only to sell her the necessary parts without even knowing which part(s) might be needed and what the cost might turn out to be. It was suggested that she replace the printer with a new one!
When I mention that she might buy new one and that it probably will not be a Dell, the customer service supervisor could not have cared less. He told me that he was the ultimate decision maker and that I could not speak anyone in higher authority!!!!!!
What a way to run a business!!!!!

So youre blaming them for the fact that the tires blew while your husband was driving it?? Sounds to me that maybe you guys ran over something and just want to blame someone else. In fact im sure if Uhaul was doing an investigation that they would probably find that the tires blew due to a driver error. How exactly do you expect Uhaul to know WHEN a tire will blow? There isnt a meter on the side of the tire stating that in 6 miles its going to fail. Perhaps this is yet another of those instances of a customer trying to get out of what they owe for their own actions.
It REALLY is your problem, as the contract you signed with Uhaul states clearly that YOU are responsable for any damages to the vehicle. That includes the tires when you blow them.....Soo how can you ask for a refund when, you used the truck or trailer, blew 4 tires, then make a PUBLIC POST that defames that business. GROW UP!!!!
To use your own phase against you..."What are the odds!!" of 2 tires blowing on 2 different trucks. The only common denominator is your husband driving.
