As an engineer, it is very difficult to write this publicly but I had been working with Optimus for 3 years before Delnaz Kakroo was hired. She had no work experience but the owner wanted to empower women so we all had to face bad working culture due to that reason. Delnaz was a nightmare. She did not understand finance but was managing everything. She won the confidence of owners by telling owners stories that were not true. I left the day an uneducated psychopath like she was paid more than me. I am a certified Avaya Engineer and she was nobody. I was paid less than her,

She and Goradia were the worst people for the company. They were hated by everyone. So many of us left because of them. Everytime owner hired a new person they left because of her. Everyone knows her story. These snakes should never get any other jobs. They stole the money we earnt. 

I do not know who Magan is. But Delnaz made all friends of her boss her own friends and wanted them to like her. She went to their homes to eat and drink and wanted to make separate relationship with them. All drivers talked to each other.

I know Delnaz. I work with her for many years in the same office. She screamed at me, shouted at me. She was mean and very manipulating. She is the reason I left my job. A lot of other people left their job because of her. She made mistakes and then she blamed us for her mistakes. She even told us to tell the owner that owner should not interfere with the matters of the company.

She lies so much that we all in the company were scared of talking to her. Boss trusted her. She made use of the boss and the company money. You all want to know the truth - go check Dubai Police station reports. We employees went there are reported her theft and her lies to the police. She was fired for money fraud from the company. She took all our money and cheated us.

She will lie about everything all the time to make money and look like innocent person. Today I have no job and she is responsible for ill-treating and screaming at me all the time so I lost my job. She loudly would tell everyone that all should learn from her on how to cheat the boss. 

I was scared of making complaint to even HR manager because she used to  scream at her as well.

Because the owners of the company were not there , Delnaz told everyone she is the owner. Once she told me in a lift that I should not look at her face and talk to her. She told me to look down and call her Madam with respect. 

All of us have filed report in Dubai Police Station about Delnaz so please dont listen to her.

first of all there is no such person existing named magan yousuf. the name of the website is my husbands company website. how come ripoffreport makes no investigation before allowing frauds to create fake alias names and post fake news.

we all know who has done this using a fake name. she is a branded liar and is accused in many cases and just because she feels threatned about her truth being exposed, she has tried to malign my name, she can go tto any length of lying and cheating; after all many criminal and civil cases have been registered against her in Dubai and US. so Ms M you are not Magan and WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE. you are so shameless that you would call my son a mad child. Its such a disgraceful act to demean a woman, inspite of you being a woman.  let me remind you that the police will very soon arrest you and all this fake profiling that you are creating to cheat others will be exposed very soon. 

By the way where are you hiding these days? In Lebanon ? as Magan Yousuf? wow... you have nailed it again by proving that your overconfidence will lead you to Jail.
