I joined this program in Nov 2003 by sending an initial enrollment fee and the proper information for subsequent payments to be deducted from my checking account.
In January, I called because the payments were not being deducted and found that it has been cancelled in November for nonpayment.
At their insistence, I sent in a payment for Dec and Jan monthly premiums in order for the account to be reinstated. It was cancelled at the end of January and still no deduction from checking account.
I have called several times - no return call, no reinstatement for months that I had no coverage. Nothing.
