Delta dental from AARP, AARP Delta Insurance plan c/o Delta Dental Insurance Company My bank told me they may have changed their name. Crooks lied about everything! Promised to cover dental procedures that they didNot cover. Los Angeles, CA 

I needed dental insurance since I finally got the courage to go to a dentist. I saw in my emails this AARP Dental Insurance & called & spoke to a few people, this took 6 hours. Long story short, they promised me that they covered (without a waiting period) everything except 'Crowns, Dentures, Implants.

I started my dental work with a bad wisdom tooth extraction. I was told, *ALL extractions were covered* But, that was one of many lies and had to pay 400$ out of pocket for the extraction !! The manager of this dental establishment explained to me that they keep on telling her I had a waiting period. Yet, Delta (AARP) told me she was confused & that I didn't have to pay for the $400 tooth extraction !!

I called numerous times, spoke to numerous people that claimed to be supervisors ( bs ) the lies kept on getting more & more outrageous! Someone in my last call to them told me they did NOT cover for anything they had claimed to cover. She told me she would cancel me & send me a check that never came ! I asked to have my debut card, the one I payed them with, reimbursed, NOTHIN. (2 weeks ago)

Yet, I keep getting AARP garbage in my mailbox. I'm filing a formal complaint w the BBB to WARN people of these crooks.
