Delta Mechanical Henderson, Nevada Delta Mechanical Supervisor "Stanley" Kitec Plumbing Replacement. Water Cold Hot and hot Cold. Home was like swiss Cheese and the drywall work is terrible. Broke my counter Top and will not give me the money to fix it. Las Vegas, Nevada

Delta Mechanical started almost 3 weeks ago. Stained my Driveway and drywall dusted evrything as holes were cut in almost every area of my home. Tripped over a phone line while in the attic and now my kitchen phone does not work.

Had a hard time removing the dishwasher because we put ceramic tile which cause the clearance to be tight vertically for the dish washer to pull out easy. My Problem is they should have told me before forcing the dishwasher out using pry bars.

They caused the kitchen cabinet to be loose from pulling it up to get the Dish Washer out then Chipped the Formica. I For almost 3 weeks they have been in our home. The Repipe should only take 4 days at the most. My Neighbors house was perfect as a different crew worked on that house.

A Supervisor I cannot name for Delta Mechanical came in my home and took pictures and agreed with us the issue is real. Yet he did not see the need to replace the chipped counter top. Only to glue it. We told them over and over "We just want our house the way it was before you started"

We feel we should not sign the paperwork that would acknowlege that we are happy and the house is completed. The house is completed but not to my standards or anyone else in my neighborhood who had their home repiped.

I will say that Delta Mechanical tries to have a good quality program but they are working too fast and this causes mistakes because of shortcuts. This is my belief.

I only want to be rid of this nightmare and have my home in the condition it was before they arrived. Is this too  much to ask?
