Where is my bag?

I order a handbag from deluxemoda on 3/31/12. A totally wrong bag was sent to me which I have contact the company and was told to send back and the right bag would be resent right away.

My return bag was received and signed by DeluxeModa on 4/12/2012. It has been. 2 days shy of 1 whole month? and NO SIGN of my purchased item.

I JUST WANT WHAT I ORDERED NOW OR MONEY BACK!
