I took them up on their free trail and i did like the service but when I canceled the ticketing system they were using to supply them with my customers, I no longer had a use for this service. I tried to contact the salesman and he just egnores my emails. I tried to cancel and they said sure, as soon as my 1 year subscription ends I can cancel. SO now I have to pay another 8 months for a service I can't use.

I HATE Intuits Demand Force, a bunch of theives, i also had a problem with them for my new QB 2014 that they wanted money to help me install a feature.
