Fraudsters / Belong in Jail / DeMansou Construction Ltd / MANNY C. FERNANDES/ JOHN DE SOUSA. Hired to renovate a three storey multi unit building in Toronto. Manny Fernandes and John De Sousa of DeMansou Construction Ltd tore up the property in a haphazard way that required repairs ; did not take out permits; demanded additional money ; once they received money, they stopped returning phone calls. the electrical work done by DeMansou Construction Ltd was not approved by the Electrical Safety Authority. Manny Fernandes and John De Sousa of DeMansou Construction Ltd improperly installed the plumbing. Manny Fernandes and John De Sousa of DeMansou Construction Ltd belong in jail.
