I needed a replacement deck for my home, and my aunt referred me to a contractor whi was also a church official at her friend's church. Demetrius Harper came out and gave a price for a replacement deck. This individual bragged about how he was a man of God with four children, and married. He stated that he completes jobs for multiple people, his church, and elderly in need of repairs. I should have known this individual was a crook when he attempted to paint himself as a Saint. The contractor requested upfront cost for materials. I paid the cost. Demetrius Harper assured that the project would take no more than 6 days to complete. He tore the old porch down and disappeared. I am writing this to urge people to not be a victim of this con man. I completed research, and he has been sued on multiple occasions for ripping people off. He claims to be a contractor throughout the United States. I suspect that he is scamming people in multiple states. He can be found on Facebook under his name.
