I seem to be in the same boat as Debra, the other lady here at Rip-Off Report with a complaint against Denise Alvarado. I purchased one of her Glamour Conjure oils on June 16, 2019, using a Vanilla Visa prepaid card. I had to make the purchase via Paypal invoice as I could not get the Checkout thing on the Creole Moon website to work.
The rest of June went by and most of July, but my oil never arrived, so I contacted her via e-mail. After three attempts at getting a hold of her, I finally got a hold of her at the end of July, and she said she had forgotten about my order as it was not made via the Creole Moon website, but said she would ship it out as soon as possible.
Another month went by, and we headed into September, still no sign of my order. So I've tried to reach her again, but she is not answering my e-mails.
