Denise Bess, also known as Denise Bess dba DROceanView Properties, located in Los Farallones, Cabrera, Dominican Republic, with Cedula# RNC. 131-72476-2.

Gloribel Amalfitano and Anthony Amalfitano, property owners of 12 Los Farallones, Cabrera, Dominican Republic, and citizens of the United States, residing at 197 Betsy Ross Dr, Freehold, NJ 07728.

The Accused have conspired and planned to commit the following criminal acts against unsuspecting tourist traveling to the Dominican Republic also known as "the Renters," under the rental agreements

Fiduciary Breach of Contract: The Accused failed to uphold their contractual obligations, resulting in significant financial and personal harm to the Renters. This includes but is not limited to the failure to provide basic amenities, proper maintenance, and safe living conditions as outlined in the rental agreement.

No hot water on arrival due to failure of the property manager to ensure the propane tank was filled.

Villa not properly clean on arrival.
3.
No general supplies provided on arrival.
4.
Inconsistent hot water for 1.5 months due to a faulty hot water heater.
5.
No water for 48 hours due to a faulty cistern switch.
6.
Dirty, unusable water for 72 hours attributed to the cistern pump.
7.
Electrical shock when using the washer and stove due to faulty wiring.
8.
Locked out of the villa due to faulty front door lock.
9.
Leaking toilet in main bedroom.
10.
Inconsistent temperature and no light in refrigerator.
11.
Non-working dishwasher.
12.
Malfunctioning washing machine requiring outsourcing of our clothes.
13.
No gate remote.
14.
Pool not functioning as designed.

2. Fraud: The Accused knowingly misrepresented the condition of the property and failed to disclose critical issues that would have affected the Renters' decision to enter into the rental agreement.

3. Cyber Crimes: The Accused engaged in unauthorized electronic communications and activities intended to harass, intimidate, and defraud the Renters.

4. Terroristic Threats: The Accused made threats, both direct and indirect, intended to instill fear and coerce the Renters into compliance with their demands.

The Renters have suffered significant financial losses, emotional distress, and physical inconvenience due to the actions of the Accused. We have attached all relevant documentation, including the rental agreement, correspondence, and evidence of the damages incurred.

We respectfully request that your office initiate a full criminal investigation into the actions of the Accused and hold them accountable for their violations of Dominican law. We also request that appropriate legal actions be taken to ensure that justice is served and that the Renters are compensated for their losses.

Denise Bess together with Co-Conspiritors & slumbloards present rental and sales contratcs using suspended and fraudulent tax id #s. They are repreneting transactions that are invalid all while defrauding federal taxes in both the Rupublicana Dominicana and the therefore the United States of America. The company question's tax ID has been suspended for 5+ years. See attached.

Tenant's attorney delivers government report proving Denise Bess is operating in the Dominican Republic without a valid business license or tax#. The RNC# 131-72476-2 is assigned to another entity DR Dsicover Bess SRL NOT DRoceanview Realestate as noted on ALL agreements she presents and signs with unsuspecting persons. Thsi act of fraud makes every contract Denise Bess executes/presents as DRoceanview Realestate INVALID.

Additionally, Denise Bess is diverting all proceeds from the invalid agreements to her personsl U.S. bank account. This constitutes tax evason in both jurisdictions.

Elvis Taveras confessess Slumlord Gloribel Traveras Amalfitano and Denise Bess order to vandalize power pole and internet services. Elvis Taveras is the brother and now co conspirator and accomplice to criminal acts against the tenants while confessing Slumlords and conartist full knowledge of order to vandalize government and private property of the tenants rented residence. Elvis Taveras together with his co conspirators and accomplices commence with a slander campaign of the tenants as scammers and squatters of their legal by contract access to the property in question.
