It's true that many Dennis Block & Associates attorneys have significant issues and have even been banned from practicing law.  But let's fact it, being an "eviction attorney" doesn't attract the best and brightest.  It's not a glamorous careerand looked down upon by most as ar tow truck drivers or morticians.  You might also want to look up the other attorneys that work at Dennis Block & Associates, like Attorney Paul Gold and Attorney Howard Osias. Other questionable Dennis Block Attorneys include "Nasti Hasti" Rahsepar, Dariush Alamdari, Adam Toporoff, Manisha Bajaj, and Sharie Zahab.

Many people may not realize it, but his "associates" include his sons Ryan Block, Brandon Block, as well as his daughter Madison Block. His wife Ida Block is apparently the only one who isn't part of the family business.

If you're a landlord, read the reviews! Do your reasearch, and consider a more reputable independant lawyer who can give you the attention you deserve over a disgraced eviction mill like Dennis P. Block & Associates. If you've had a bad experience, be sure to share it on Yelp and Google and save others the frustration. As I posted, previously, Dennis P. Block is scum.  Not only did he fail to include my sister as Plaintiff (LASC-11U03599) and lost my case because of it but then he sued me for cost and advances for allegded work that if he actually did it, should have never been done becuase without my sister on the Complaint, I didn't have a cause to sue.  In addition, he did not have any proof (cancelled checks) showing he had actualy paid for any services.  Judgment entered in my favor. (LASC- 13SS0549) Look up the cases!  Also, Paul Eric Gold SB# 105457 of Dennis Block and Assoc. has extremely mental and health problems that effect his ability to think and consentrate.  In addition, Pau Gold takes strong medication and has admitted under penatly of perjury not being able to "Stay Clean", In 2010, he had not completed his required MCLE (Coontinuing Education) test/credits so the Bar orded him to do so in one year, which he didn't!  he took the test 4-5 times and failed each time!!! He finanlly passed his MCLE test, which took him nearly three years!. See his Declarations in the California State Bar File (It's Public Record).  John Harvey Greenwood SB #125707 is another scumbag.  All three lie and have Gold has been suspended three times for lying to his client, faiing to pass the Prof Resp Exam from practicing law and Greenwood have been suspended twice.

This clown is such a loser.  He lies about everything!  We are filing a class action lawsuit against him real soon.  Look it up and you will see.  I'll give you proof of everything which supports that this clown and his goones are worthless.  Block's own employees hate him. He makes them lie and he yells at them at work all the time.  He is a freak.  His own goone attoreny just confirmed that he is a freak.  He gets up early morning to get in to work and that's not a good thing.  His poor son Brandon is jsut like him.  Bottom line is that this firm hires attorneys who have been disbarred.  Don't take my word, look them uo.  John Harvey Greenwood #125707 and Paul Eric Gold# 105457, who is no longer eligable to practice law!!!! This is his second suspencion!!  Here is what his record states:  8/5/2013 Suspended, failed to pass Prof.Resp.Exam 03-O-04673 Not Eligible To Practice Law.  This clown changes his story everytime I report him.  I can post his responses to everything so you can see.

Poor wanna be lawyer.  He actualy thinks he is liked.  The people at the courts talk about him how he is afraid to appear in court and how he tries to get everyone to like him by giving them gifts....

All he had to d was file a lawsuit for eviction for two people and he couldn't even do that.  He couldn't serve a subpoena on a friendly witness timely.  He served it 1/2 hour before trial started and Paul Gold lied to the judge by teling him that the Sgt. did show up because he was on vacation.  They are all a bunch of Maggots.

He uses COUNTRYWIDE PROCESS located in the same building as his office.  They are a bunch of criminals too!  They lie about service all the time.  Anyone can filed a complaint again the servers with the La county recorder aganst Countrywide Process and against it's independant contractors, most likely out of Orange county.  

This person was evicting her tenant. She lost the case because the judge believed that she fabricated her story and was not justified in the eviction. She failed to pay my invoice. We sued her and won! She is now appealing that decision. She also sued me and lost. She now knows that she will be forced to pay her outstanding debt so she now relies on giving a false "Ripoff Report". It will be my distinct pleasure to collect every penny that this person owes me.
