I purchased a one-year membership to a dental plan with the understandig that my dentist was going to sign up. He did not sign up, and I have never used the plan. I requested a partial refund of the pre-paid premium. I was told I could not get a refund. I believe this is called "robbery", and only confirms our belief that most insurance companies are "legalized mafia"!!
