After receiving a mutually signed proposal from Mr. Derek Ortiz for an urgently needed complete roof replacement, Mr. Ortiz cashed my check in the amount of $2510 to pay for material on July 17th 2018.

4 delivery dates, which Mr. Derek Ortiz gave me, passed without anything being delivered to my house. Countless attempts to reach him have failed since, I have never heard from him again!
