Dermallure & Skin Essentials $4.95 trial turns UGLY Internet
*Consumer Comment: I,too, was taken by Dermallure
So after looking online for some good skin care products I come across this Dermallure which is brought out by or used by Christy Brinkley... Anyways so it says trial 4.95$ so I think wow not bad then.... Boom I'm charged 92.88 twice for both of the skin care products. Not cool I didn't authorize that. I never read anything like that and I don't want anything else shipped out to me... I can't contact customer service cause they only work Mon-Fri 9-5!!! I want my money back asap tomorrow....

I, too, received an online advertisement for Dermallure skin products. $4.95 was the deal and I received item and then got a bill for $94 dollars and some cents. I am almost blind and skimmed the terms when I ordered. I did not see anything that obligated me to monthly bills. I called the company and the customer service representative was horrible.
He talked over me constantly and finally said it was my fault because it clearing states that you are obligating yourself to their contract. I can't read small print and explained this to the agent and he just kept talking through me. It was a horrible experience and I won't buy anything on the internet again. Horrible experience. How can this type of scam be legal?
