I agreed to pay postage of 4.50 for skin care produts. I was told it was free only the shipping fees. Approximately 3 weeks later they drafted my acct for 94.57 .

Then the issue is that YOU DID NOT READ WHAT YOU WERE AGREEING TO!!! Not once but TWICE!!!! You completely ignored the link that was presented to you BEFORE you hit the "I AGREE" button. This is on YOU for NOT educating yourself on the terms of the offer. You had 14 days from placing the order to cancel. Since you DID NOT cancel then YOU are automatically entered into their membership program. YOU did this to yourself, THEY are only doing what YOU TOLD THEM TO DO!!!!!! So stop defaming THEM for YOUR inability to read. WHY is it ALWAYS called a scam or a ripoff when YOU are the ignorant party?
