Dermasoft.com is NOT Skin Restore nor "Try Dermasoft"

AUTHOR: Natural Health Spa - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 13, 2016
Original Dermasoft products have been available for over 20 years and are excellent. They are sold at Dermasoft.com and we use them at our spas. The imitation products  such as "Skin Restore" have fake Dermasoft labels and are sold with deceptive free trials. The real Dermasoft has No Free Trials.

We have never heard of a company called "Try DermaSoft", it is clearly another phony Hydroderm Company creation, and the fact they are "rebutting" their deceptive free trials makes their deception all the more brazen.

We were upset to see all the complaints online and found the following information and want to share it with others so they can avoid the free trial scam on Facebook, Amazon and other deceptive newly created websites like trydermasoft. com, dermasoftskinrestore .com, dermasoftcream .com, dermasoft .org, etc.

This Hydroderm scam company creates many phony websites, blogs and reviews, and then calls themselves "Dermasoft" to decieve visitors. They have harmed many legitimate companies' reputations over the years by stealing their names and posting hundreds of fake products and reviews online including Dr. Oz and others. When enough complaints are posted for their free trial scam, they start using a different company's name and create a new fake label for their same product(s).

Dermasoft.com is NOT associated in any way with "Skin Restore" or "PureCell Eye Therapy" which is a Hydroderm company Free Trial scam

Dermasoft.com does not carry those products which are cheap imitations sold with tricky popup ads, fake reviews and fake websites all over the internet from the scam company that sells Hydroderm, Dermagen, Dermalift, Tru Derma, Derma Serum, Dermapure, Dermallure, Alluracell, SkinRevive, Dermaluxe, DermaRose, Dermavie, Duaderma, Alvena, Truvaderm, Rejuviderme, Nuvoderm, MiraVie, etc.

Dermasoft Dermatology does not make Skin Restore or PureCell, they are fake products with fake Dermasoft labels.

Dermasoft has NO Free Trials. They also never Auto-ship or Auto-bill. If you buy from a Facebook Ad, Internet Ad, Free Trial Ad, "Celebrity Endorsement" Ad, Beauty Review Blog, Wrinkle Review Blog, or Exclusive Trial Ad online, you have not ordered a genuine Dermasoft product, and it is the fake Hydroderm Skin Club vendor deceptively using the "Dermasoft name" who is billing you.

If you have a recurring charge or have been charged for an imitation Dermasoft Dermatology product, you must contact the Hydroderm company vendor at one of their many 800 numbers: 1-888-454-9750, 888-244-2153, 1-866-710-5109,  1-888-552-3684, 888-610-0751, or call your card company and get the billing phone number and write a dispute ASAP.

Other numbers they use online: 1-888 537-5319, 855-407-6623, 888 537-5319
1-888-851-6086, 1-855-407-6623, 1-800-878-9702, 1-855-511-1186,

money returned in full

POSTED: Thursday, June 16, 2016

Two weeks ago I received a deposit of $31.00 then Two days ago I received a deposit if 58.00 from Purcell. This was after I sent a email stating what my researching turned up and what my intentions were . I knew the many names they went by . How if it was fame they were seeking then it would be fame they get. I would contact The Dr. Ozz Show and report them since they wanted to throw his name out there. I would also contact an attorney and would let them deal with this.

Like I stated on may 20th I seen a offer for a free sample of dremasoft wrinkle cream, I read the testimonies , seen the before and after pictures, and at the end it stated I could try this miracle cream for $4.95 s/h so I hit the rush my order button displayed and was asked to fill out my name, address, phone number and email , hit next, now it let's me know for 4.95 s/h I can get a 14 day supply and needs my card info. So I entered the info and hit next, now I have a picture of the purecell eye cream that can be mine also for 4.95 . and a big finish my order button, ok I wasn't interested in this product and seen a box I could decline this towards the bottom, checked it and was automatically sent to a page that displayed an inventory sheet for my order, nothing more to indicate my order was confirmed or finished, so I went back a page to see if I missed something , nothing other than finish my order and the decline box so I hit finish my order, well now my inventory sheet shows I have order the eye cream, back I go to previous page and I tried to check the decline button but it wouldn't reverse the charge, I tried to dispute it in the email without prevailing. Thought ok $10 no harm, no foul. WRONG!!! On June 6th I go to the bank to withdraw my rent and discover I'm almost $200 short of what was there 2 days earlier. Confused ,I start investigating as to why and discover its from dermasoft.

So I get A number from the web site for dermasoft and the lady assures me they only charged me $4.95. Now let me add I had ordered another product called dermaFi(which I've learned is now what dermasoft is going by) on the 27th and had the wrong number and once I gave my order number figured this out, tried to cancel this product and was met with a very determined sales lady who would not shut up and gave me the option to continue the subscription at a 30%then,40% and (maybe lastly)50% discount, I was doing my best to remain polite, kept telling her to cancel my order so I could call the number I needed to get the other straightened out, finally had to hang up on her. When I finally got the correct number from my bank statement , I get the rudest individual I've ever encountered, she had no tolerance for my dispute continued to tell me I ordered this on the 20th (I'm still thinking its a dermaFi issue) I can't get her to stop talking over me so I can give her a invoice number, told me she didn't care what I gave her she knew I ordered this on the 20 and my 14 day trial was up I didn't cancel and was charged , I said lady I never agreed or seen anything indicating a trial she said when I agreed I was over 18 then that was my agreement, my only agreement to that fact was I was getting wrinkles and want the cream.

When I finally got her to take the invoice number , I realized she was from the first order and I said that wasn't a full size container it clearly said a 14 day trial supply. I agreed that the eye cream never stated it was a trial size and probably was full size, but the face cream was not full size. She says that is full size (and if you try to find out if it is or not on the web that's not anywhere on product picture or in the discription) the eye cream size can be seen on picture. (Both are .15 ml / .50oz) in the end of THAT phone call I was credited 30%( $31.and some change to my account , I ask if that was a combined credit or just for the face cream. Was given yet another number for eye cream . called it and got a reasonable person ,he listen and told me he would credit my account 85% yea right.. Haha nope got myself. $31. And some change. .. Now most could be satisfied with this , but considering at together I spent $190 and some change , and only agreeing to $4.95 , but got tricked for another $4.95 then was surprised with charges 15 days later of 89.91 × 2 ... Then you can see why $62 don't cover it. They are frauds and need to be stopped, after this happened I've spent the last few days investigating the company and have found out they go by many different names, and have been doing this for a while, they can't even keep there lies straight when you call and will send you to a number ,thinking you have cancelled your order but the next month rolls around and you have to start the process over ..so take my advice and cancel your card not your order that's the only way to stop the charges, SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THEM FOR GOOD AND GET REAL RETRIBUTION BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY...
