Capital One Bank requested Derrick McGavic law firm to collect unpaid credit debt. The debt was already filed by Capital One with the Fulton county circuit court in Rochester IN. in Aug 9,07. McGavic Attorney at Law assumed the rule as Attorney for Capital One prior to receiving Notice of Foreign Judgement from the Circuit Court of Fulton County.

In addition McGavic Law firm is respresenting themselves as not only as an attorney for Capital One, but also representing themselves as a debt collector for the same said debt, this is against the Fair Debt collections Act. Recent documentations of the above claim has been filed with the Jackson County Courts indicating that Foreign Judgement was filed on Jan 7,2009 and a lien Judgement was filed on Dec 22,2008.
