I work for this firm and for Scott. "The truth so help me God". Its laughable. Derwin Whitmore did nothing while he was here exceot take Scott's money.

He was never in the office, did not close any loans, and did not recruti anyone. Then he tried to commit fraud. I know who put Derwin Whitmore on ripoffreport and it wasnt Scott.

You will notice he d0esnt deny pleading guilty to criminal battery and you check with the Mortgage Lending Diviision and see that while he did file a complaint after a second court ruled Derwin Whitmore owed Scott over $5000, he fails to mention that the MLD dismissed the complaint because they knew it was filedd in bad faith and just an atttempt by Whitmore to shut down Scott''s firm.

He also doesnt mention that he has been employed by 14 mortgage companies in about 7 years. In other words he only stays in one place for about six months, if that.

Whitmore is also on the sit eNational Blacklist as it indicates Whitmore takes advantage of women of the evening, which is the only way he can have a relationship. Take these things in mind when looking for a loan officer.

On April 24, 2012, I entered into an Employment Agreement with Scott A. Karosa, aka

Scott Allen, of TriStar Mortgage, which is currently, All American Home Mortgage, Located at 9065 S Pecos Road, Ste. 200, Henderson, NV 89074. The agreement

Offered me an initial payment of $5,000.00, to build and manage Scott’s mortgage

Division. I was to have complete authority over the division, and be further compensated

With a 10% override on the production of all loan officers and receive a $10,000 bonus

On December 31, 2012. This agreement also required that I stay employed with All American Home Mortgage until May, 2013. Sounds like a great deal? In May, 2012, a loan officer, by the name of Israel Chaparro, Jr., and his assistant, began working at All American Home Loans. Upon further investigation, I learned that Israel was a former employee, who had left just prior to my arrival. Additionally, I learned that Scott Karosa had rehired Israel without my notification, which was a violation of our agreement. He did not even extend the slightest courtesy to me!! Israel closed 3 to 5 loans per month, of which Scott Karosa received $1100.00 per/loan, but he never paid me the 10% override. This was another violation of our employment agreement. 

On June 28, 2012, I was approved by the Nevada Lending Division as Qualified Employee. Just prior to my approval, I requested access to the NMLS admin portal

For All American Home Loans. After Scott Karosa, the Broker/CEO, gave me access, I noticed that Israel Chaparro’s mortgage agent’s license was with All Western Mortgage, which was now a violation of the Nevada Revised Statues (N.R.S).  As Qualified Employee the Mortgage Lending Division would hold me completely responsible. I

Confronted Scott Karosa, regarding Israel’s license status, and the 10% override I never received. Scott Karosa refused to resolve my concerns. On July 1, 2012, I submitted my

30 day notice of resignation and filed a complaint with the Mortgage Lending Division.

It is for this reason, Scott Karosa placed me on the RipOff Report!! But if I had only
