DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DESERT STAR PLASTICS!
Desert Star Plastics, sent an incomplete order to my customer. I ordered 50 Candy Honor boxes from Desert Star Plastics for a customer. The customer reported that he received only 37 honor boxes. The customer also reported that of the 37, 5 candy boxes were received broken.
I believed my customer because approximately half of all orders I have placed with Desert Star Plastics have experienced damaged units. The damage occurs in shipping and is in my opinion, the direct result of poor quality production, workmanship and poor quality plastic materials.
I reported the above to Tanguy Beyens, owner of Desert Star Plastics and he has refused to replace both the missing units and the broken units. He claims to be from another country and utters the old "me do not understand" crap!
Because Desert Star refused to replace the missing and broken items for my customer, I was forced to contact another manufacturer and have the 18 missing and damaged candy boxes produced and shipped to the customer at a great additional expense.
I highly warn against doing business with this company as the quality of their product has proven to me to be inferior and in my case they flat out refused to deliver the products as promised and also refused to replace the units that were damaged.
I have since found a wonderful acrylic manufacturing company based in Longwood, Fl. (Acrylics + Manufacturing LLC, 407-332-9992 ). They are honest, fast, fairly priced and thier product quality is superior to Desert Star's junk! I have experienced NO damaged or missing materials from this company and can now offer my customers a wonderful product.

Desert Star Plastics takes pride to unmask Mr Mark Daignault, 1274 W.Portillo dr. ,Deltona FL 32725 , as a crook.
He wrongly reported missing and broken boxes. In front of the Arizona Court, we brought evidences that it was a fake statement and an attempt to steal from our business. He recognized this fact himself in front of the judge.
As a con man, he used to steal from his suppliers ( proven facts) and customers (apparently) throughout several vending and charity businesses. (4 at the time of his conviction).
As a foreigner I pay the utmost attention about the business relation. But it is not a reason to abandon the important principle of honnesty and accepting the thread of a dishonest man. To be able to prove this fact, I asked the justice to judge this matter.
The Maricopa court of Justice (Arizona) convicted Mr Mark Daignault in the case cc2009589066 in December 14,2009. As he didnt comply with the judgement at this date, Mr Mark Daignault is considered as a runaway outlaw.
I posted the judgment that condamnes Mr Daignault to compensate Desert Star Plastics . Other court decisions that do not involve Desert Star Plastics cannot be posted .
Desert Star Plastics didnt want to advertise about Mr Daignault behavior but since he choose to post a misleading comment, we are using this platform as our right to answer.
