Wow! That is not the experience that I had when purchasing a show dog from Lana.  My husband and I have purchased several dogs from breeders and I have never had a breeder more knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful than Lana.  We purchased our first show dog from her several years back and she continues to be a source of information and help with her care and guidance through the completion of her championship title.  I have many times recommended her to other families and friends looking to purchase a Chihuahua.  

 I personally know Lana Bowes and have purchased two show quality puppies from her. I received both puppies in healthy and happy condition. The puppies I received were exactly those offered to me. I have had no health issues with either puppy. One puppy, now an adult, was quickly shown to her AKC grand championship title and the other puppy has yet to hit the ring due only to being a young puppy. Lana Bowes has always been helpful and forthright with me. She has always made herself available for questions about the dogs she sold me. I would not hesitate to buy a puppy from her.

I have known Lana Bowes for several years both in a personal and business capacity.  She is a person of the upmost level of integrity.  This is clearly a false report from someone who is jealous of her accomplishments.  She has worked very hard and built a reputation based on honesty, integrity. and selection of high quality, healthy dogs.  She genuinely cares about the health of the breed and therefore checks all of her dogs on a regular basis for health issues (including patellas).  She would never sell a dog with any type of issue as a "show dog" as she would never want that representing her kennel in the ring.  She keeps and sells as show dogs only the best of the best and everything else is placed in a forever pet home.   

The dogs I have received from Lana have been healthy, friendly, and exactly as she described them to me.  If they had any type of fault in her eyes, she disclosed that up front and made sure that I was aware of it before I received them.  If anything, she over emphasized anything she thought I may not like about them.  

All of the dogs I have received from Lana have also come with contractual agreements.  I know of several instances where Lana has worked with people who have not honored their end of her contract, just because it was what was best for the dog.  So if this report were in fact true, there would be a contract in place in regards to the dog mentioned and I know for a fact that Lana would honor it.

For anyone that knows Lana and has actually dealt with her, they will know this complaint is absolutely false.

This report is a scam a false. I don't know who this is or why they woudl right this but I have never sold anyone a dog in Texas to this date, nor have I ever blocked anyone or even have a bad relationship with anyone I have sold a dog to. I dont just sell to anyone so I would know. Glad to know the haters are lurking though. Don't believe everything you read.
