DETECTIVE TRAINING INSTITUTE DTI - ART KASSEL GUILTY AS CHARGED, RIPPED OFF AND FABRICATED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COPYRIGHTED REPORT ripoff San Clemente California

Having just completed an online paralegal program, I have been recently researching online Private Investigator training schools to complement my skills. In doing my research for PI schools(including DTI), I found this complaint here, the on-going comments, and have followed it with great interest. With all of the obfuscation (clouding of the basic issues) listed here, it is time to simplify things.

I did a NH search of the BBB re: DTI. There was no listing as it is in California (same would go with Canada). From the state site, I linked to a national BBB search and did find DTI listed in California. The school is a BBB member and, as has been posted earlier, has a totally satisfactory record with an legitimate AAA rating. That's all I need to know to keep the program in the running for my fnal consideration.

What has been written in posts above is, in all probability, libel fueled by mailce (if there was a real problem with the school, it should have been directed to the school). This does appear to be someone with an axe to grind (so to speak) or a competitor. In propaganda, there is what is called the Big Lie technique - repeat a big lie often enough, and it takes on a life of its own. I believe that is what's happening here.

I looked up this company and they do have a AAA rating with the Better Business Bureau
What are your reasons for this complaint?

Jim REFUSES TO PROVIDE HIS PI LICENSE NUMBER and RESORTS TO ATTACKING ME! I think he was put up by Art Kassel to write this stupid stuff. The PROOF of Art Kassels COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS is ON DTIS WEBSITE for EVERYONE TO SEE FOR THEMSELVES.

Jim and DTI may attack me all they want and call me personal names to HIDE THE TRUTH. But it does not make any difference because they CANNOT DENY THAT THE VIOLATION ARE ON THE PUBLIC WEB SITE for all to see.

Jim and DTI may make up stories about Ms. Blair at the BBB Trademark division, but I have a copy of the truth with the email she sent me!

And very soon YOU ALL WILL SEE THAT DTI WILL NO LONGER HAVE THEIR SCAM WEB PAGE SHOWING A MADE UP BBB REPORT! That is PROOF BY ITSELF!

My husband said that Jim can pick up his toys and go home all he wants because he is acting like a child who can't get his way by telling lies and PRETENDING TO BE A LICENSED PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR!

As everyone can see, this narcissistic female poster has to be ignored I guess. These fanatical lamentations are simply to pathetic to respond to any longer. As I posted, I telephoned the BBB in Canada and spoke to Ms. Blair. In addition, Ms. Blair told me that neither she, nor the BBB had any idea of what this female poster was whining about. There's simply no evidence, whatsoever, to back up the lies from this poster. That's the bottom line.
Again, the best to everyone who made a stand against the dispicable allegations that were made against a honorable man and his company because of simple minded, petty revenge based on lies and fabrications. This will be my last post.

I will email SHAUNA BLAIR TO VERIFY YOUR LIES! But I won't be surprised to find out that she told you the truth that SHE WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS REPORT ON THE RIPOFF SITE!!! How stupid a question you asked her and all for your $10! What kind of a private investigator are you that YOU CAN'T EVEN ASK THE RIGHT QUESTION!!!

If anyone else want to VERYIFY WHAT SHAUNA BLAIR REPORTED, then ASK THE RIGHT QUESTION about her email to the LABBORG OFFICE ORDERING ART KASSEL TO STOP VIOLATING TH EBBB TRADEMARKS!

I'M STILL WAITING FOR YOUR PI LICENSE NUMBER JIM, and don'te try to fool anyone here with more lies.

Unfortunately, none of us can save the world no matter how hard we try. On the other hand, we can do little things to help someone along the way. That, my friends, is what we call the American way. With this in mind, I will now pass along the information I received from making a couple of calls to the BBB in Canada. The calls ended up costing me about $10.00, but that is a trifling amount to pay to help an honorable person and company that has been falsy slandered.
As I waited, in queue, for my call to be answered, I was informed, in fact, a Shauna Blair was employed for the BBB in Canada. However, she was busy on another line. The operator then gave me Shauna's direct line at (604) 681-0312 ext 312. After several minutes, I returned the call and spoke to Ms. Blair. I first informed Ms. Blair of my name and home telephone number. I also informed Ms. Blair that I was in fact, a private investigator, but this call was not any sort of official business. I explained to Ms. Blair that I was just a curious consumer that wanted to check on the validity of several posts I had viewed on the Ripoffreport website that sited the Canada BBB and Ms. Blair personally. Ms. Blair took the information I gave her, and stated she would confir with the department director, and return my call later.
A couple of hours later, Ms. Blair returned my call. Ms. Blair stated, and I quote, "We are not aware of this," concerning the alleded "report" and allegations made by this poster. Therefore, remember this: The truth is always out there, somewhere. When you find it, you will oft times discover it is not necessarily what people claim. In addition, be sure to give the poster Carl, from El Cajon, California some kudos for his help in trying to stand up for a person and company that has been falsely accused. Kudos to you Sherri, from Piedmont, California. I'm sure your efforts to stand up for what is right is appreciated as well. Finally, remember this:
DTI, Detective Training Institute, is a very good school for learning the ropes in becoming a professional investigator. The DTI program is one of the best you will find in our country. The program director, Art Kassel is a stand-up guy that knows the business of private investigators. As I stated previously in other rebuttals, I graduated from DTI in 2000, and I earn a very good living working as a Legal Investigator, and a Private Investigator in Minnesota, and South Dakota respectively.

CARL IS PRETENDING TO BE AN ATTORNEY AND REFUSES TO GIVE HIS LICENSE NUMBER. REFUSES TO LOOK AT THE VIOLATIONS.

Carl must be ART KASSEL! He says the web site link is invalid. How stupid. ANYONE CAN GO TO LABBBorg AND FOLLOW THE MEMBERSHIP LINKS TO READ THE FACTS!

I CONTACTED THE PRESIDENT OF THE LOS ANGELES BBB where ART KASSEL IS A MEMBER. His name is Mr. Mitchell and his office has CONFIRMED that they ARE SUPPOSE TO HANDLE THE COMPLAINT GIVEN THEM FROM SHAUNA BLAIRS OFFICE because Art Kassels membership is at their office. CALL MR. MITCHEL YOURSELF!

TO VERIFY THE COPY OF THE COMPLAINT LETTER I GAVE, CALL SHAUNA BLAIR MR. STUPID!

I dont' care what ART KASSELS SCAM RATING IS RIGHT NOW BECAUSE IT IS GOING TO CHANGE ONCE EVERYTHING IS DONE AGAINST HIM!

1. The link you posted was invalid.
2. Why are you asking people to contact the Better Business Bureau office in Canada for a business that is located in California?
3. How do we know you didn't make up the so called "violation letter" from BBB? Why not post a copy?
4. DTI doesn't have a copy of its BBB report on its website. It posted a link to the report on the BBB website.,
5. You have presented no proof of any complaints againt Kassel or DTI, nor have you mentioned the nature of any complaints.
6. The fact has not changed that DTI is a Triple A member of the BBB and that calls into question any claims that you have that DTI is violating its membership agreement with the BBB.
