Dean Deville.owner of Deville Custom Homes Is being investigated for taking large deposits from customers
and dooing any work. I wish I learned about this before we gave him any money. We gave him $30,000 for materials
to start building our house and 6 months later he has done nothing but ignore us. According to authorities he has done this
to 3 other families. We will be testifing against him. DO NOT HIRE THIS THIEF

Where do you people come from with this very obvious LACK OF FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE??? Any contractor who is established and has good credit has accounts at various suppliers. ANY of the materials he claimed he was buying with YOUR DEPOSIT were materials which are COMMON PLACE to other home construction! Yet YOU didn't have the COMMON SENSE nor BACKBONE to say "NO" to ANY deposit directly to him. The way it works is any deposits are put into an escrow account and he gets it when he's finished. What did your attorney say when you presented your choice of a contractor? Did your attorney recommend you FIRST have a SURVEY CERTIFIED TO YOU be performed BEFORE and construction planning takes place? Oh let me guess...you were about to spend BIG MONEY on this project and you didn't have the FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE to have your own attorney look into this for you, right? You come here now, AFTER THE FACT, claiming YOU found out this guy has a bad reputation as if its some type of badge of honor to be finding this alleged stuff out AFTER the fact when YOU should have found this out ahead of time! This is a comedy of errors YOU CREATED by YOU not using COMMON SENSE! Don't even waste the time writing back equally stupid like "you must work for them" or how you are so, so, so good you trust anybody. UNKNOWN RIPOFF HERE. COMPLAINER FAILED TO BE REPRESENTED BY COUNSEL BEFORE SPENDING LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY AND USING ESCROW ACCOUNT.
