We leased a house in Denton, Texas, for $2600 a month and a $2500 security deposit. We paid the monthly bill always on time and spent thousands of dollars keeping a house, with plenty of problems, in excellent shape. The office floor was not real wood but a laminate and was badly scarred when we moved in. The owner used our total security deposit to upgrade this floor, knowing full well it was in the same shape when we left as when we arrived. Be wary leasing with Bluestar Properties LLC.
