I ordered and recieved the free trial which I paid shipping for. The day I recieved the trial I called and canceled. A few weeks later I had a charge of $69.95 on my account. I disputed it and the bank said they had proof I did not cancel!!! What the heck. I am out $69.95! I called them again today and was told that my account was closed because it was disputed and to contact my bank! Bank tells me to contact them. I got no additional product for this charge either!! Is there any way to get my money back????
