DHSWCL George Reynolds BAIT AND SWITCH Waupun Wisconsin

I bought two scanners from Dhswcl and they sent a cheap phone cord instead. After contacting them they said they would reship but that never came either and was "lost in route". An automated response trying to get me to accept less than a full refund goes on for days and then says I will be paid in full. Never happened. I ordered in January and it's now May and still no refund. I can complain on the website but get the exact same automated response  going through a process of getting you to accept less until they agree but still no refund!

I have contacted the federal trade commission, and the consumer protection agencies of both Indiana and Wisconsin. BBB has a scam report out about them now. As of now, It hasn't been stopped. It might take an actual politician to get scammed before it matters so for now, BUYER BEWARE!
