This company is terrible, it was the worst experience i have ever had. With a company like this one, no wonder why everyone is wary of small businesses. I will never ever refer anyone to this company, not even my worst enemy deserves this treatment. I could not understand the person i was speaking to and, wondered how i would have my tasks completed when i had a hard enough time trying to explain!!!!
These people have very terrible customer service!! I have also seen their ads up on websites which, are not done in a professional manner! How can these people call themselves professional when theyre ads seem so obnoxious, over the top and pushy.
Needless to say, i had my papers taken care of by another company that has no bad reviews!!
P.s Take a look at the reviews on google, they say it all. It just seems too funny that that a so called "professional" would take the time to rebutt all the terrible things said then, go on to write a review about other companies, just to make his look better. Dial and file will never fool anyone who knows me, i will be sure to spread the word!

Wow its funny what competitors will do to gain an edge!! We provide the best service at unbeatable prices in the Greater Toronto Area!! Don't just take our word....check out the testimonials from various solicitors. And make sure other companies can provide the same before they claim quality.

It is understandable that our competitors are not happy and very emotional about the fact that we complete services in one attempt, while they offer three attempts and still cannot get it done! We also understand that other process serving companies in the local area may feel threatened as we logically provide better service, at cheaper rates, and complete it in less attempts....but we believe the service speaks for itself which is why we get so much business, while our competitors sit at home (staring at their cell phone i.e business phone) and post fake reviews!
Our adds may be pushy but only to our competitors. For our customers our adds provide information which exposes the ways other process servers try to charge obnoxious rates i.e KM charges or Three fictitious attempts!! Therefore, it is our competitiors rates and service, not our adds, which are obnoxious. We have completed services where other companies have plainly given up, and we have testimonials to speak to that effect. We don't say terrible things about our competitiors we only point out the obvious TRUTH! We don't post the adds to make us look better....WE SIMPLY PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE!
Our prices are unbeatable, and service is impeccable.....an obvious threat to other companies that charge $100-$200 per serve!! Give us a call and see for yourself if we are professional, courteous and understandable!
