Diamond Resorts international Purchased a vacation sampler and requested an extension of two months to complete my vacation because I had to have emergency surgery so. I would not loss my time and money. Reported them to the BBB because they play games they say they tried to call me but I never got a call and I asked them to give me a direct number to call the guy but that never happened.  I wanted to complete my vacation time that I had purchased and was not able to use due to an emergency surgery. Before my time expired I sent an email requesting a 2 month extention since they there company like to say "yes". I sent several emails and spoke to the lady in customer service which said that she had to turn it over to another department which she did. This guy said he tried to call me several times at my cell number and left several messages which I never received. All I want is to complete my time and not lose my money, I would never buy from this company they don't do what they say they are going to do...
