Steve Herzog of Diamond Back Plumbing contacted me in regards to a vacum truck he had bought in Virginia and wanted it trucked to Phoenix. From the very first call I had made it very clear of the fee I charged to get his truck shipped with a DOT compliant carrier. At the time Steve was fine with the 200.00 I was charging for locating a competent trucking company capable of transporting his truck. All went fine with the pickup and delivery of his vacum truck but he has yet to send me my fee for my services. 200.00 is not going to make or break me but obviously it is him. When a mans word is no good than the man himself is no good either.

The complainant is complaining about a referal he did not receive - I was looking for a trucking company to haul some equipment across country which I was able to find with the help of the complainant. I used the company and paid well for the services to be completed. Later I see this report - I thought everything was taken care of apparently I was supposed to pay this person a referal fee --- I assumed as anyone else would that he was paid by the trucking company. I dont see how all the sudden I am a ripoff - this is a bad complaint, if the complainant had an issue he should have contacted me direct.
I have since contacted the complainant and offered to pay him his fee even though I dont have a responsibility to however this complaint certainly is not a ripoff complaint. PLEASE REMOVE ASAP
