Diamond Credit Bank Ghana Ltd. tells well-knitted lies! rip-off! Internet

I was contacted by a fake lawyer stating that a relative of mine had died in a crash. Finally they have found a relative bearing last name of the deceased, and I needed to contact my late relative's bank to calim his US$25mil. Being that I knew of family on my father's side that resided there I replied. These Africans are the biggest scammers and crooks, with well-knitted lies.

Once I contacted the alleged bank, they asked me to open an account so the money could be transferred into the account, and I opened the account. They had their online banking together and everything, I could actually see where the money had been transferred! The tale ended for me once I tried to transfer the money, and was unsuccessful they stated that it was because of the IRS, due to the National Reconstruction Levy the IRS had frozen my account until I pay the 0.1% 25,000.

I said that is fine the IRS can take the money out of the account, they said the money had to go through the Diamond Credit Bank to pay the IRS and to send them the $25,000 installmentally and they refused to let me talk to the IRS in Ghana until I found the number myself and the IRS said that they have not heard of me or the situation and that I had been scammed. But it raised a brow that the crooks are now using the IRS.
