I recently contacted the breeder in purchasing a puppy from her. She wanted a $500 deposit with no contract to protect myself. This alarmed me immensely. She chooses how much and up to $2,800... and you don't even know till the pups are much older! I'm assuming she wants to keep the best for her puppy mill and sell of the not so perfect AKC standard to us buyers. I think it's terrible that these breeders can charge whatever they want without any restrictions to any sucker that comes along to pay these astronomical fees! How do you live with yourself taking advantage of others even though all those Pomeranians you have make money for you? There is no way you can justify $2,800 for a dog no matter what testing, food, vet care costs! Shame on you!

False and Inaccurate Report!

AUTHOR: DiamondHeartPoms - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 03, 2018

I have no Idea why you have attacked me! I have no idea why you are attacking others! We have never done business! This report full of lies and deception was an exact duplicate to the one that you faked about my friend! In my opinion you are another disgruntled Pom breeder or troll! Either way I am not a puppy mill or money thieve! I do provide a contract, with a health guarantee to protect my future owners, and my Poms are my family! They are my world! How dare you make up a report about someone that you never met and do not know. How dare you make false accusations about the care of my beloved fur-family. How dare you call me a scam and money thieve when you have not even conversed with me about one of my poms! You have not sent me any money! We have not done business. Why are you attacking multiple breeders with a word for word exact false report, only changing the headlind!? Noone knows why you are such a horrible, manipulative, twisted individual! I put so much love, time, care, and money into what I do! My Poms are my children, my family and my heart! It is truly sad that you have nothing better to do than attempt to hurt other people! My biggest guess is that you are making fake accounts and writing fake reports on multiple breeders! You are the one who has to live with what you are doing! The rest of us know the truth!

On another note...let me break this down for you! I have paid up to $5,000.00 for my poms. Please do research on what quality, well bred poms are worth. You get what you pay for! Please consider, the cost, time, love, and patience that goes into raising healthy, happy, well cared for, well bred dogs. Everyone who is telling you how much is spent on raising puppies...is telling the TRUTH. While money is a huge part of it...that's not all that is spent. Most breeders are giving 24hr care, socialization, attempting some training..potty pad etc. Most breeders are emotionally vested in their babies. Why? you ask....well let me break it down to you...we are there with mom and dad through the duration of the entire process from preconception to conception, mood swings, morning sickness, growing tummy, ensuring safe delivery and quality of life for ALL of our babies...including the ones not involved, every milestone every step they take in nurturing and growing, every tough time, every good time, every learning experience and transition from newborn to healthy, happy, well fed, loved, cared for pom or puppy we are there.

Who teaches them where the proper bathroom is? Who gives them praise, love, and adoration for doing things right? Who if they stumble is there to pick them up, love them, and make them feel better. Who socializes them with their entire family....and who gives them the best start and what they need at a healthy life? Who is there to comfort a mother when she is having those gorgeous babies that you pine for? Who is there to comfort her when not all survive? Who is there to feed nurture and love a struggling puppy? Who is emotionally stressed, heartbroken and strained when they do not survive? Who picks up the pieces and helps mom through all of the obstacles of raising, losing, teaching, and loving her babies?! Who is grateful, proud, and happy when these struggling angels make it!!!? Who fully vets potential new families? We do it all. From beginning to end...we are there!! At least the ones who truly do care for their babies and WANT the absolute best for each and every tiny soul that God blesses their home with! When we find the PERFECT home and environment...it makes our lives better. While you so adamantly judge the people that work so hard to produce healthy, quality, and well bred puppies.....we work our butts off to do everything we can to give people babies that do NOT wind up in the shelters...that do not see cruel and unforgiving environments. We are working to make an impact on a family on someone's life that absolutely could not be without their beloved Pom friend.

I'm sorry that you may not be in the right position to consider all of this, but do consider that we put our blood, sweat, heart, and tears into these babies! Please do consider that there are babies out there that could also use rescue, to be a part of a family, or something special. To live until their last days with love and adoration! So if you cannot afford one of our beloved puppies maybe just maybe...you could show respect for the people who give them an amazing upbringing! Maybe consider adopting a soul that needs a loving home; if not being able to afford what you want! We just want to support healthy environments for our beloved babies, and raise healthy, and well adjusted babies....in hopes to improve other peoples quality of life. Sadly, it is not free.. sadly it costs us so much more than you know....but it helps us to learn, love, and grow. It gives us a chance to give unconditional love to the very babies that can't help but show it for us! Have a blessed day, and I hope you learn something from all of this! Leave us good breeders alone! We only want the best for our Poms and our breed!

No truth to this complaint at all!

AUTHOR: Troll hater - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, June 30, 2018

I am absolutely disgusted with this completely false complaint. There is no truth to it whatsoever! Diamond Heart Poms only breeds the most well cared for quality poms. There is nothing inflated about their pricing. You get what you pay for and by her complaining it seems as though she’s unfamiliar with quality poms and more than likely is a backyard breeder or consumer herself. But then again she may complain about their fees as well. I own a beautiful boy from Diamond Heart Poms and he has been nothing short of perfect. He came to me via flight nanny, perfectly groomed, well adjusted, and healthy -exactly as promised. Not a single surprise or complaint with this boy! His price was the same, if not a bit less than other breeders I’d spoken with and I’ve had such a positive experience that I can’t wait to get another. Diamond Heart has always been there for me to answer any questions I’ve had and truly become a friend. It sickens me that individuals with unwarranted comments are allowed to make bogus complaints. This Kathy person is clearly a bitter person that is either jealous or just plain can’t afford a nice pomeranian. That doesn’t Equate a"Rip off report” she wasn’t ripped off-only sad, pathetic, and disappointed. Kathy crawl back into your hole you filthy troll-

NOT TRUE to this Rip Off Report

AUTHOR: PomLvr - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, June 29, 2018

I personally purchased two Pomeranian males from Diamond Heart Pomeranians.  She DOES have a contract, and it is very specific! I also knew the prices of the boys I bought BEFORE signing the contract.  Reashell is a very loving breeder who breeds for quality, not quantity.  It really irritates me that people confuse the words "quality breeder" with "puppy mill".  Obviously, they do NOT understand what a reputable breeder is vs a substandard operation that doesn't care about the welfare of the dogs.

Reashell has superior quality Poms, so they ARE expensive.  That's what's great about living in America.  We are a capitalistic nation, and so we CAN charge what the product is worth.  If you think her prices are too high, why are you even looking at her dogs?  There are a lot of choices elsewhere.  Heck, some Poms or mixes you can find in a shelter.  Adopt one of them.  Don't be pissed because you WANT one of hers and don't need to spend that kind of money.  Be respectful.  In addition, a breeder has the right to refuse anyone they think would be a poor fit for their dogs.  (Another thing that disproves a puppy mill as they will sell to anyone to make a buck).  I think you either couldn't afford one or maybe were a bad fit.  It sounds to me like you want to ruin her and you didn't even lose any money.  SHAME ON YOU.  THIS IS AMERICA.  It used to be the home of the free, not the petty.

Totally recommend Diamond Heart!!

AUTHOR: Amanda - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, June 29, 2018

I purchased a Pomeranian last year in August and I can’t tell you how PLEASED I am with my experience with this breeder from Diamond Heart Pomeranians. My Peetrie is from her. I bought him to possibly breed with my female I have. I have 5 Pomeranians total. 2 of which I bought from a breeder I no longer recommend so I have had bad experiences before from other breeders and Diamond Heart is highly recommended by me. I know she takes breeding very seriously and her prices are comparable to anyone with the similar caliber of poms being bred. My Peetrie is so well behaved and has been since we got him when he was 12 weeks old. He doesn’t fuss when we trim his nails or brush him. He has been socialized like none of my other dogs. Only time and patience can account for this behavior from such a young age. Any one can charge whatever the want for their dogs. A breeder that obviously cares is not going to have low prices and quality dogs. I would charge about the same if I was offering puppies from my dogs. It ensures they go to a home that cares and can afford a dog in the first place.

Rebuttal to Kathy in Illinois

AUTHOR: POM LOVER - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, June 29, 2018

Kathy, I read your complaint, but you weren't scammed, or robbed. You simply didnt like the price! So, move along. You obviously do not know anything about breeding pomeranians. It's not cheap. To purchase a good quality healthy pom, I have ALWAYS paid 2500.00 as the starting point! You get what you pay for. Every single breeder asks for a deposit (Non refundable, too!) I HAVE 4 POMS FROM DIAMOND HEART POMERANIANS. They are QUALITY, BEAUTIFUL AND HEALTHY POMS. THIS IS NOT A PUPPY MILL OR BACK YARD BREEDER. THE CARE AND ATTENTION THESE POMS GET ARE EXCEPTIONAL. I find it ludicrous that you act as if you were hurt financially when you weren't. Also that you slandered them as a puppy mill with zero facts. DIAMOND HEART POMERANIANS has a list of happy, satisfied and return buyers as long as your arm! I think it's possible you're a disgruntled breeder.

re: Diamond-Heart Pomeranians

AUTHOR: Nancy - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, June 29, 2018

I happened to discover a 'Ripoff Report' written/filed against the above pomeranian breeder. I have purchased 2 pom puppies from this breeder and feel qualified to dispute/clarify/respond. All quality breeders require an upfront non-refundable deposit from a potential purchaser. It is a business practice followed by all reputable breeders. This was not an unusual or out of the ordinary request nor is it an unusual amount to be applied to the final purchase price.. And this breeder does issue a contract to the buyer.

The extraordinary quality of the dam/sire of breedings by this breeder speaks volumes and supports the pricing of the puppies she offers for purchase to the public. The puppies that I purchased are the best quality one could ask for. They represent the quality of their dam/sire as well as the amount of personal time the breeder spends socializing them. Prices for quality Pomeranians can easily be $5000 and I know this breeder has several that she purchased for this amount.

This IS NOT a puppy mill... The complainant is totally out of line making a statement like this without anything to back it up..

I highly recommend Diamond Heart  Pomeranians to anyone searching for quality and breeder support for the life of the puppy you purchase from her. She is always available for support, answer questions, etc at all times.  Bottom line - the practices in place by this breeder of high quality pomeranians are not out of line and are what a purchaser of quality pups expects.  I'd suspect that the person who wrote the ripoff report  is someone who should be looking to adopt from a rescue or shelter as the prices required thru those businesses are probably more in line with this individual's expectations.

The compalint against Diamond Heart Pomeranians was/is NOT WARRANTED.

I did business with this pom breeder and will continue to do business with her

AUTHOR: TraciO - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, June 29, 2018

I have done business with this gal, she happens to be preserving the Akc standard of this breed, all Pomeranians with champion/show lines, that i have purchased from, do sell their puppies for this much! The puppies are well worth the cost the original poster describes! She is NO PUPPY MILL! This person posting has no idea how much it costs to do reputable breeding, i think she is angry she can’t afford a puppy of this price, so she went on here to slander someone which is TOTALLY FALSE! I never pre paid her a deposit (however all breeders I’ve done business with take deposits to hold your puppy), nor did she ask for one! I knew right up front what the cost of my puppy was, and i was more than happy to pay it because it is one of many i have paid for in that same price range! Please contact this breeder and get to know her for yourself! If you don’t have the money listed by the original poster, than you will want to find another breeder! All the dogs this breeder has do come from Akc show lines and all are AKC registered! I know that for a fact, I’ve seen all their pedigrees!

Thank you for taking the time to read this and understand i did business with this breeder and find her to be one of the best i know, trying her best to produce nothing but the best quality puppies, which are NOT cheap!! I am no sucker who came along and bought her less than standard puppy this post claims, and last i knew you can sell whatever is yours for whatever you want! It’s terrible this was posted about a breeder by someone who just has an opinion on what the costs are for these puppies and has no real idea the real costs! And the costs CAN be justified! She has many happy customers and i am one of them!
