I received a letter requiring a response in 15 days. The letter was generated by one resident making a phone call to complain. The letter was generated on the say so of the one person calling in with the complaint. Diane Koranda, President of Carefree Living Association of Hueneme Bay issued the intimidating letter without conducting an investigation or calling the me for a comment. The letter described behavior that was a complete set of lies and fabrication.
I responded to the letter and my response was ignored.
I will be contacting my attorney and filing a legal action stating abuse of power.
The management at Carefree Living Association of Hueneme Bay can not send collection letters without investigating the facts.
