Noted stealing from employees and the IRS, asked for my commissions and was fired! Jacob Charts, Ganesh Venkataramani, Soumya Raju, Faraz, Mohammed, Raja Vivekananda, Mike James McClung, Alli Kim, Stephen Waller, Cheri Dickey, Katie Grim, Anu Alexander, May Hunter, James Thompson, Satish Chopra, Harshini Xavier, Roger Drolet, Mahesh Goyal, Babu Davinder, Jesse Sumrall, Tabitha Edwards, Neelam Malviya, Rajesh Babu, Rao Ajit, and Vikram Purohit all have only one thing in common. They were all wripped off by Dibon for taxes, withholdings, vacation pay and unemplyment benefits.

Atul also doesn't seem to follow through with his contractual obligations in his personal life. He contractually agreed to pay over $20,000.00 for items purchased from me yet gives some lame story about how its someone else fault he cant pay. I am considering having it placed on his personal credit report But the final decision is up to my attorney.

I love reading these post by "Dibon Employees". Everyone at the company knows it is management posting what a wonderful company Dibon is. I think nobody inside or outside the company belives these stories of what a wonderful place Dibon is. At least not me.
But the best part is how management says that everyone that says something bad about the company must be 1) ex employee who was fired for incompentence, 2) jealous vendor, 3) or disgruntled employee (there are other variations).
So what Dibon is saying is there are so many unhappy people that it can't really tell which category of unhappiness all these Dibon Ripoff reports are coming from. Keep the laughs coming Dibon we love the reading. Also, Dibon, if you want to clear your reputation take better care of your employees and vendors. Having management write stories under fictious names is not persuading anyone. Let alone the readers of Rip Off Reports.

If Jay, Atul and/or Vivek are stealing from the employees as alleged in this report then in my 2 years of association with the company they have done a good job of hiding this tendency! Not only that, I feel like I have been killed with kindness and an excellent treatment. And I am NOT the only one. I interact with a number of employees who feel (as I do) as if we are all one family. True, in order to run a business (as opposed to a philanthropic instituition) you have to watch your bottom line and make sure employees are producing value commensurate with expectations.
I am certain that I am reading the comments of some disgruntled employees and nothing more. Find something better to do than just bad mouth a company on some flimsy grounds.
I do not want to get into details here, but I know a number of cases where Dibon
went out of its way to extend help to some needy employees and even waived penalties for premature termination of some contracts due to the genuine circumstances of some individuals.
By way of analogy, I find it hard to believe someone is honest only from 6 to 9pm but a fraud outside those. I know the former to be true so I am not buying the latter.

I have great appreciation for Jay Nanda & Atul Nanda. They have greatly helped me in all times and compensated me fully. It's the best company to work for and all accusations by ex employees are due to their own incompetencies and I believe are invalid.

I am an employee with Dibon for over 5 years. The company has been responsive to most my concerns. Even though there were a few unhappy circumstances, I think that it is okay, as long as the needs are met.

Dibon Solutions is run by scam artists. They have all kinds of tricks up their sleeves to con employees. Please stay away from this company.

I worked for Dibon Solutions for almost a year. From April 2007 - March 2008. During my stay there, things were not in order and this is an understatement. Everything is stashed in a room, previous employees files are shoved in boxes with all of their information. These rooms are not locked, and are easily available for anyone and their cousins. If you work for this company, your relationship with your family will deteriorate because you have to spend more hours there than planned for. Mean while, you do not get paid for these overtime hours BECAUSE you didn't specifically ask for overtime pay. They will ask you, but if you don't ask back... they laugh it off in your face as, "Did you ask for overtime hours?".. I also became part lawyer for the company as having to make contracts for new contractors and I have no previous experience in contract making. That was a bright idea. But yes, if you were a employee with Dibon about a year ago or so... Your files are probably in that messy room, with the old computers and telephone equipment.

None of the employees mentioned below have been ripped off their taxes, withholdings, vacation pay and unemplyment benefits.
They were all paid regularly as per companies policy through ADP and ADP withholds their taxes and pays the IRS. DIbon does not run payroll inhouse so cannot withhold taxes. All documentary evidence is available with Dibon to prove that Saeed is lying .
All the records are with ADP and quarterly reports of employees wages and withholding are filed by ADP to IRS for all employees.
Provide some proof that the transaction/event really happened.
He was terminated for bad behaviour and useage of offensive language, insubordination with co-workers , arrogant with clients , clients refused too talk to him , so that is why he is trying to spread negative words. Moreover he was fired from his previous job for same reasons.
Dibon is currently filing a law suit against him for defamatory and derrogatory remarks written about Dibon in rip off report.
