d**k SAYS YES VERY MISLEADING AND FULL OF LIES..... ALBANY Oregon

So I filled out an online application for a car loan and the next day I got a call from a lady and she told me that she had a dealership for me to go to and that they hd accepted me and I said are you sure because i want to make sure im not wasting my time ad she says oh no u wont be wasting your time i promise. So I told her I live about an hour away from the dealership in Albany-'d**k SAYS YES" and she said then I need to se up an appointment so I did and I am a single mother of four children and yes I had all them with me!!So i show up and te guys tell me oh ya we can definetely get u in someting.so i told them i wanted some type of SUV and they said ok and then kept telling me oh you dont qualify for that one with your credit so finally i was like ok then and they were like wait unless you can get a co-signer and then we can get you in someting nicer so i thought well i will ask my dad so i finally persue my dad and they run his credit and say oh ya u can definetly get one of the rides you were lookin at and the bank accepted you guys for loan so me and the kids are happy now and thinking wow we get a nice dependable ride now.oh and mind you they got all my dads info. and they say its fine that he lives outta state.so by this time we been there for about four hrs. so the kids are getting tired and me too and we just want to go home so they finally get us into a 2004 durango and me and the kids are stoked.I signed the papers to trade in my 1996 plymouth voyager too and signed the papers saing i was aking the durango ad was gonna come back in a few days to finalize everything because it was the weekend and this manager that as helping us wouldnt be back till tuesday so i was like ok great see u then.SO the manager calls me Tuesday morning ad is like are you coming and i said well yes but i told you after 4pm so he said ok were waitin for you!!so me an the kidshad been riding around in this durango now for 5 days and were on our way back so we get there and the manager comes out ad says im really sorry but your dad cant co-sign because he lives in another state ad so i say you guys have known this sin the beginning that he lives in another state and they say well im sorry but heres your keys to your van.........wow i felt so sad and very misled and treated badly and lied to. They did not care that they had just ruined me and my childrens dream of having a nice dependable ride and pretty much just said byeand was ready to have another couple there test drive it as soon as we left.......so what i have to say to everyone out there is never trust anything "d**k says yes" has 2 say because its all lies an they dont care how they treat you!!!!!!
