I placed an order on the internet on October 25, 2001 and paid for the order with credit card. Today is October 1, 2002 and I have not received my order.

I have only been able to get through on their phone number one time, approximately 6 mos. ago. At that time I was told that my original order had been shipped, although I have never received it.

The woman stated she would send out a new order. I have yet to see that either!!! My checking account was debited $24.00. I have no product yet.

Somebody needs to stop this company!!!!
