I like some help in spreading the real data on AGEl garbage products.

Mr. Glen Jensen asked me to help him build the AGEl business in Japan and offered to pay for all cost.

My wife and I (www.agalatin.com) trusted him enough to pack our ags and store our stuff and leave.
Following is the reort and time line. We wrote this after recieving the law suit send by their attorney.

We saw the e-mail from your attorney. We didn't open it. We have no desire to read it. We are sure that if you had given your Counsel all the information he would have suggested to you to settle this with us as soon
as possible. But since you chose to go this route it may be valuable to remind you of the following facts: You could have simply stopped all of this by simply being fair to us.

Like any normal person would expect to be treated. But you'd rather cut us off without any proper notice and potentially put us and our 4 year old boy out on the street. We are a family who gave up everything in America to help you promote your company in Asia based upon your financial agreement made to us. If we had an attorney, he will be talking about how Catherine is a figure competitor winner, an Active Registered Nurse, who has and is currently helping many people in Asia learn how to incorporate daily exercise and a healthy lifestyle into their lives, has been put under major unnecessary stress along with her husband and four year old little boy by a company who unethically and intentionally tried to sabotage their business by misleading them regarding the true status of the L-Arginine product availability and abused their Corporate authority and abruptly stopped a family's monthly income without proper notice. You three, never once throughout the past 7 months ever given us any indication that you did not approve of the Health and Exercise program involving the use of the exercise bands nor anything we were doing to promote your company.

On our first official email sent to you in July 2007, it stated exactly how we intended to help you promote your company. That email was re-sent to you a few days ago for you to reminisce about.

If you did not like the plan, why pay us the $5,000/month for this long? We followed through with everything we said we would do. Our bank statements can prove payment for this amount by Agel Enterprises, LLC as well as the virtual account on the Agel website. And this is how you treat us. You cut us off financially without proper notice and worse you have your
brother Brent Jensen do the dirty work for you. Before your departure to Kuala Lumpur in April, Diederik called you up and asked for you to make some time to meet and discuss the Agel lifestyle/exercise video and monthly payment arrangements and you said: "Let's meet, arrange it with Sonny because he is picking me up at the airport and knows the schedule I have". As you remember, we had a nice but brief conversation in

Sonny's office due to the schedule you had. And you reassured me that you were committed to making this work with us and that you would call me as soon as you were back in the states in 10 days. You even gave
my wife a hug when she went back upstairs to wish everyone a Happy Easter and say goodbye to you and you whispered to her that; everything would be okay."
You handled this in the worst way. Now, I give you one more chance: call me directly 6-013 2386903 (Malaysia cell phone) and we can settle this..

All we ask is you treat us fairly and we will walk away and not mention anything to anyone any further. You didn't give us any notice but we'll still give you the courtesy to contact us by: Monday April 14, 2008( Malaysia time) That is Sunday April 13 (USA time), or we engage with our legal councils and we go public on an international level.

We'll use any lawsuits from you to our advantage. Every European country you do business with will read who you guys really are. We at this moment feel we have lost everything already and don't have a home to go
back to in America so we are willing to expose all the dirty laundry of this Company. All of it!

All you do is force us to fight back on the next level. Unless you have another revelation, this and ALL the other e-mails will be sent all over the world. People all around the world especially in Asia will see the scam your company really is. It is indeed very expensive sugar water attached to a lot hype and motivational speakers without any real testimony. We will make sure unless you start to wake up from the Napoleon delusion, to put you and your company out of business. Your plan to put a family out on the street is not only unethical but down right cruel especially coming from a so called "family man." Do you fully believe in your mission with Agel? What does saying: "I am Agel" really mean to you? Or is it just another cultist brainwashing method? You and your company are only worth as much as the public opinion and with what is going on with the cult in Texas and the fact that MLM already has a questionable image in the public mind you better think twice. You are your own worst enemy, as this and all the other e-mails will be just one more exhibit on front page news. As we sit here and re-read this situation, we are actually amazed that a Multi-million dollar company is basically committing suicide at the hand of your absurd ego. Diederik told you straight up on the phone before accepting your financial agreement, because that is how he is, "Your gels are garbage but Catherine and I believe in Dr. Ann de Wees Allen's product and that is why we joined Agel." You were speechless at first and finally said: "We are working on improving the products". '

But knowing how we felt about your gelceuticals you still agreed to pay us. If you recall, way back in 2005, when we were still living in Utah, Michael Lewis and his friend Ron Gunnell asked Catherine to be their Agel Spokesperson. They signed us up, paid all the executive package fees and gave us a thousand dollars worth of Agel products to try out. After only a month of using the products, We could not morally nor ethically promote the gelceuticals to people. We immediately dropped off all the Agel products to his office doorstep and called him up and told him: "Sorry, but the products are garbage and we couldn't put Catherine's RN license nor image behind it. We really thank you for the opportunity." You have his number,
call him up and verify it. I am sure he will be happy to hear from you.

We had major players in Thailand, Japan and Malaysia tak a look at the Agel products. They simply couldn't get behind your gelceuticals that don't have any scientifically proven testimonials attached to them.
Before we were; for Asia we lived in Los Angeles, California and we were re-introduced to your product by Christine Dernick who told Catherine that Dr. Ann de Wees Allen and her L-Arginine formulation was no longer going to be with Synergy Worldwide (Glen's previous company involvement), and was moving to Agel. This happened to be ironically be Glen's new company venture. Even though we felt it was strange that Dr. Allen would leave one MLM company called Synergy Worldwide to another MLM company, AGEL, but with a competing brother relationship belonging to both companies, we still joined because of my passion with Dr. Allen's L-Arginine because it keeps me in shape all year long. It only made sense to join Agel to get me product at a distributor price. Christine then introduced us to Chanida and Nat Puranaputra. We met them in their office and they instantly wanted to work with us. Approximately sometime in July 2007 we met with Chanida and Nat at a Thai restaurant and we discussed the Asia market. That same day, she copied every picture we brought to the meeting of Catherine and all Catherine's degrees and certifications in health and fitness with the intention to use it to promote Dr. Ann de Wees Allen's L-arginine product.

A few days after this meeting, Diederik called you up and you discussed the conditions on how we could work the business in Asia particularly Japan. But we didn't know how we could afford it and you said that you came up with a solution on how we can be able to live in Japan to do the Agel business but because of your busy schedule you would have your brother Brent orchestrate it it out for us with how we could be able to afford living in Asia. Brent called us up and said that Corp was going to pay us to start $3,000/month + $2000. to cover our flights to Thailand. But stressed that we may need more when we were in Japan because it was very expensive there but we had his: "full commitment"
and if we needed more; "Not to hesitate to ask for more if we needed it.

He also stated to us that he saw this as a "long term commitment and we want you to be top leaders." So, in a month we packed all our belongings and placed them in storage with the intention to tour Asia with Chanida, Nat and Dr. Allen and then live in Japan for as long as possible until we built a successful down-line. As soon as Brent wired the money into our accounts, we knew this was a serious commitment on Agel's behalf and we bought our tickets to Thailand per the invite of Chanida and Nat. Upon arriving in Thailand we were told the sad news by Chanida of Dr. Allen's change of plans of touring Asia.

This news threw a major wrench in our plans to tour throughout Asia promoting Agel along side with Dr. Allen, Chanida and Nat. Hence our plan to introduce a new excitement, the making of a ealth/Wellness/Exercise Lifestyle video incorporating Dr. Anns Agel product. Approximately about a week of being in Thailand, Chanida and Nat introduced us to Kyle Copeland at a big Agel Event. That same Agel event we introduced Tyson de Wees (no relation to Dr. Ann), who is one of the top trainers of major National kickboxing champions. That same night, Kyle, Chanida, and Nat witnessed the excitement Catherine caused when she went on stage. She was like a Celebrity overnight!

That same evening, Catherine introduced producing a video and exercise program that she planned to make for the Asia Market so that they can incorporate daily exercise in their busy schedules. This event was the bases of Kyle's immediate support of the exercise bands and also the idea of the video officially emerged. Agel Bangkok office managers Suwat and Banchar both loved the idea of the exercise bands. But no Agel Budget was ever established to do this properly.

We went ahead anyway and incurring approx. $6,000.00 in expenses. We attempted to find a local supplier for the bands but they ended up not being the right elastic material we needed. So, we asked our up-line in the U.S.A. Christine to help us in our quest and she mediated in the long process of locating, ordering the proper bands and getting them shipped to us in Thailand all at our own personal cost. While the order was in process, we suggested to Suwat to publicly promote Agel as a business in Thailand but he stated that we could not announce Agel as a business because it was not yet legally licensed to do business in Thailand. But the facilitation of the private opportunity meetings was quietly condoned. At that point we were also told that the delivery of Dr. Ann's L-arginine was still having to be approved. This came as a great surprise to us as we were selling high volumes of this product (Dr. Ann de Wee's Allen's L-arginine) while living in Los Angeles. Sadly, remembering our last sale of 10 cans at once in America as we stood there in Thailand unable to continue the momentum that we were accustomed to in the USA.

With all of these limitations we embarrassed Kyle's approval to produce the video as planned. Only to find ourselves in the middle of the rainy season and unable to film the footage that we needed according to the script that was approved. Throughout our attempts of filming and recruiting we maintained close contact with the local distributors as well as Suwat. We finally managed to not only find the right locations in Thailand but also shoot the footage we needed. With the availability of L-arginine still pending our potential sign ups decided to wait until it was available. The inconsistent monthly payment day made things only more frustrating to us because it greatly effected our ability to proceed according to our plans. When Kyle asked us when we would like the monthly payments to be made, we told him the first week of every month.

The payments however were never made on time or without many repetitive phone calls and emails draining much of our faith in the people leading the company as well as our ability to promise to make a commitment to those willing to sign up based on Dr. Allen's product. We met unfortunate skeptism about the gels no matter how much we tried to sell it. We even built a website to help us promote the gel products. www.agelatin.com
Thailand was still not officially ready to do business and Dr. Allen's L-arginine availability was still pending so we decided we would benefit Agel and our time and efforts would be better utilized in another market that was legally open for business. When we received an email confirmation from Kyle Copeland stating that the powdered form of L-arginine(Dr. Allen's) was indeed available in Japan and that we had his approval and his continued financial commitment to us we left for Japan. Regardless of his financial commitment to us we ended up paying for the tickets ourselves. Our requests for reimbursement was never answered or granted.

It was only our second day in Japan that we invited both Tachi Kuichi and number one Japanese body builder Hidetada Yamagishi to the Japan Agel office. Our friend Tachi, the former CEO of Mitsubishi in electronics went into the Japan AGEL office to look at the products and the opportunity. He looked at the products and tossed it a side and said, in the presence of Hidetada and your office Managing Director, Motohiro Node: "The only thing in this room that has impressed me is Catherine. If you guys finish your Health and Wellness Program and attach AGEL, or any product to that, it will sell. There is NO ONE in Asia that either looks like Catherine and can deliver that message as aswel."
So, for you, Mr. Glen Jensen, from some little backward town ship in Utah to sit there and suggest I should ignore the value of the statement of a man who maintains ongoing close contacts with the most powerful business people in Japan and who is also a personal friend of Gorbachev, ran for 14 years a multi-Billion dollar empire and who is also the current Keynote speaker of the Kyoto Protocol, makes no sense what-so- ever.
Just to illustrate his awareness of current affairs in Japan and the world, he strongly warned us about a pending economic downturn of which no one at that time was speaking about.

Mr. Hidetada Yamagishi, who came attracted by the promise of Dr.Ann de Wees Allen's L-Arginine. His huge following would have been an international boost for AGEL. But when we couldn't give him Dr. Ann's product
L-arginine he asked if there was any scientific data on the gels that existed or any reliable testimony to prove any kind of benefit. But No reliable testimony could ever be stated by Motohiro. After looking at the ingredients of the products presented in front of him he expressed concern, regarding the high sugar content suggesting that it may negate any beneficial effects of the other ingredients.

He said he would contact us if he was interested. We then met Mr. Yasuhiro Hamano in his office, who we knew was personally responsible to introduce Sports Gear manufacturer Patagonia and the designer clothing giant PRADA to Japan. He looked at the AGEL products and couldn't get excited. We told him that we were attaching it to a Wellness Health Exercise Program, he then looked at us and said: "Well, in that case you can sell anything, you two elude health and honesty."

But he did tell us to contact him again when Dr. Allen's product would be available in Japan. Glen, You hired us to get our best contacts involved to help AGEL, and we did that. We don't know how much higher you wanted us to go, but we sure tried. While still in Japan, we started to hear vague rumors that AGEL and Dr. Ann may cut ties under, may we add, very dubious circumstances, (details of that whole saga will sure be of worldwide sensation. Are you ready for that?) Kyle mislead us in an E-mail how there was L-Arginine available in Japan. There was in fact not one can and none ever to be expected while we were there. We emailed Brent Jensen several times asking when L-arginine would be available. And in a conversation of which we have clear record of that he stated:
"Her formulation would be available within two months but in a gel form.

In that same conversation, he confirmed that it would be available in February. Based on the information we got from Motohiro it became clear to all of us that the company was far from being ready. According to Motohiro products were shipped in illegally to the few frustrated distributors that did sign up under those ircumstances. The company didn't even have an official business license at that point. With the unfortunate loss of Dr. Ann we had a hard time selling the opportunity for what it could have been. What we found in Japan was basically a waste of our time and our money.

And the editing houses charged too much hence our decision to have it completed in Malaysia. With Mr. Brent Jensen's approval, we then acted on the invitation from the AGEL Malaysia manager Sunny Ooi and istributor Raymond Tay, who had previously witnessed an overwhelming success and attention Catherine drew when she spoke on stage at a large Bangkok event. With Malaysia being more affordable we also planned to do the editing there which Brent agreed to provide the funds for both in emails and over the phone. But he never followed through.

Our last email correspondence from Brent was in March 2008 where he clearly wrote that he fully supported the video and agreed to financing the editing cost. But again, because of lack of follow thru caused us a two month delay and unnecessary stress. We move back our Japan tickets to a later date because we didn't have the video completed as we planned to do while in Malaysia. In the meantime, while in Malaysia we got people excited about the Health and Wellness Program that created an environment of unity, change and awareness, as well as creating an environment of lower resistance to the product and opportunity. It was well received at the Malaysia Events and sold out on all the exercise bands
which is why we ordered more. We also came up with the pull up fit challenge to bring more fun to Agel Malaysia events. Which was a hit in the Agel office. The pull bar still remains hanging in the office.

Many people have inquired about why corporate didn't publicly promote Catherine and the Wellness Program she teaches. But instead you promote two MLM switch artists, Nat and Chanida Puranaputra, pouching the last one to feed the next. It will be interesting to see the calculations that explains the $500,000 plus income they publicly boast about on stage with a down line only big enough to only create a fraction of that. Are you ready to show that?

Beyond us, who else is getting paid to supposedly build a down line?

But I am sure you and your magicians have an answer for everything, even lie if you have to. As you three have done before. Even on stage. Back in January 2008 when phone calls and emails remained unanswered for several weeks and no payment was given. We broke the vow of silence and asked Chanida and Doctor JB Jaroslav to resolve the matter. Your brother Darren was recently here in KL to speak a few words of wisdom. The one thing that stood out was his reference of Agel being a Wellness Company. When we heard that, we thought there was some chance we would finally get some corporate support to get the program going on a larger scale. Darren looked at the deal and said; "I am the guy this should go through." But of course, he never once discussed the merit for AGEL to promote that once he returned to the USA. The month of April is going by and instead of receiving payment to cover this month's living expenses you have your brother Brent eagerly inform us without due notice that no further monthly payments will be made. No prior warning and for no good reason. Diederik then emailed you and informed you that that treatment would again lead to hostile communication by nature of our situation.

The company is finally legally open to do business in Asia and NOW you pull the plug on us! Two weeks Ago we just ordered 6 rolls of the Exercise Bands with the Agel name and logo on it, we have flyers pending payment to promote the Agel opportunity and Wellness Program, we have a hotel willing to hold our events, as well as, our scheduled Thursday night Be Agel Fit classes held at the Agel office. We have non-refundable tickets to Tokyo, Japan departing May 1, 2008..

You cannot tell us we were not promoting Agel. For you then to not follow through with your verbal commitment to pay us as long as we were promoting the business is unjustifiable!

You and your brother Brent had many opportunities to settle any possible grievance between us responsibly and end our relationship peacefully but you would rather choose an unethical way to do so and had to play games
and abuse the little power you have because we only had a verbal "Gentlemen" agreement and we entered the deal at will. Isn't that how you see it? We put our livelihood in your hands and trusted you and this is how you choose to handle it. It's people like you with your cult like protocols, going into foreign markets, selling low quality, unproven products and taking advantage of uninformed populations that bring a bad name to a
potentially great business model. No matter how successful you may seem on the surface, behind the flashy faade, you are just another snake oil salesman. The doctor that spoke on behalf of the products at the Ageless Launch Malaysia Event is an Anesthesiologist, he puts people to sleep, literally, even while talking on stage...

Agel is using the same popular flashy colorful marketing techniques exactly what the: "Junk food companies"
use. Agel products lack any credibility to the point that their sales depend on the hyped up motivational speakers that end up selling their personal promotional material for profit. Only giving people the illusion of
measurable results. There is NOTHING about these products that deserves any special attention. You didn't even mention the name of the lady who, supposedly, had this "Miracle" experience putting EXO on her hand. I
wonder what ingredient it was that can be credited to cause these "measurable" changes. The same stories are floating around with Xango also having the same experiences. Maybe it's the same lady, presenting the other hand? We take EXO all the way and get it examined by someone else who is not within the Agel company?
Who knows what the "real" magical ingredient is, could it be the water? the fructose? or the sodium benzoate? If you look at our pattern of action we ALWAYS do what we say we would do, unlike you and your brother Brent. Even when you cut us off a few days ago, Catherine still showed up to teach her free (Thursday night) Agel fit program because she made a commitment to the people who obviously value the lessons within
and who ask me to please continue to do so. But like you did with Michael Lewis, you will run with our ideas and try to fix your image. As with all the other sad little MLM saga's this one will find it's own spot in the library of broken reams. You can point your finger at us and make us the bad guys but the evidence will prove otherwise and expose the truth of what Agel really stands for.
