I purchased their re-chargable battery and chrarging unit HOWEVER I need a "SPECIAL" charging plate for my battery. Which was not included! Called for months to get ahold of someone and ONE day I finally got ahold of someone. They said they would send it out....right.....I have received NOTHING!

I have been trying to call every day at different times....NO ONE ever answers the phone EVER!

WHAT A SCAM!

I paid alot of money for this equipment and their "warranty" states I cannot bring it back to Best Buy where I purchased it.
