We ordered a camera from digital depot on line, we received a call tell us item was not in stock, we were looking to upgrade a canon 40d. 

The customer svc rep told us to order a ts3 which was in stock, when the camera arrived it was a plastic camera not even close to what rep said. Called and got return author# camera was shipped to them on 12-4-12 and arrived to them on 12-7-12. today i'm told it takes 30 days for a refund. this is not the way to conduct business. i want my refund a.s.a.p
