Digital Printing Services, LLC Hanson Industries They take an order then they don't deliver it. Made a BBB complaint but still no refund. DO NOT USE THEM for anything! New Hope, Minnesota

I placed an order for 3 hard hats. They were not delivered. 2 months later I asked for a refund. Emails and phone calls are not returned. They billed my credit card for $94.33. The hard hats were not delivered and I made several phone calls and emails to them. On Sept 17 2010 I asked for a refund via email. I also asked for a refund via their online form. Emails and phone calls are not returned.Upon further review this company has a history of this type of behavior with the BBB hence the D- rating.
