They approved me for $1400 to finance my television. I was suppose to receive my television on the 5th of September, and needless to say I'm still waiting. I have called and left numerous messages, and I never get a call returned. People please donot accept anything these people send to you because it is only a ripp off. They debited 149.00 out of my account for the down payment of the television, and now they have my money, and I have no TV.

Please note the correct and complete facts of the matter. DigitalNowTV was the entity that this individual contracted with and debited the $149.00. Universal Guardian was in the negotiation process with DigitalNowTV to provide loan servicing for this entity. DigitalNowTv got ahead of themselves and included in their literature that Universal Guardian would be the loan servicing provider for their contracts without finalizing the agreement. This business relationship was never finalized and Universal Guardian never had any business dealings with the servicing of their accounts.

Now that the facts have been fully revealed, I suggest that this "complaint" be removed from this website. It is unfortunate that the consumer was unable to recover their $149.00 but it is beyond our control. She will need to bring this up with DigitalNowTV.
